retreat POLICIES, PAYMENTS, DEPOSIT, AND CANCELLATIONS.
Please note that because Divine Feminine Circle retreats are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests, hosts, and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.
No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur. Please know that our cancellation policy is designed to mitigate damages and costs incurred to retreat hosts and Divine Feminine Circle to maintain the retreat experience and affordability for other retreat guests. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at any stage you will forfeit 100% of your non-refundable payments. All payments are non-refundable, non-transferrable or able to be used as a credit.
If serious illness, death or injury occurs outside of the final payment date that prohibits you from participating in the retreat, a refund of monies paid outside of the non-refundable deposit will be considered upon assessment of circumstances. A possible transfer to another event may be considered.

Retreat Deposit
A minimum deposit of $222 AUD is required to secure your spot on the retreat. All deposits are non-refundable.
Payment Plans
If payment plan option is requested the following payments are required as follows:
Payment 1: Upfront $222 AUD (deposit)
Payment 2: $388.50 AUD - due on or before 1 August 2024
Payment 3: $388.50 AUD - due on or before 1 September 2024
Additional balance will automatically be charged as per above dates unless otherwise noted.
