Here’s a little about me and what I do…

As a sister and priestess of the Magdalene Rose Lineage, I centre all my work and creations in service to The Great Mother, Sophia.

I am the founder of Divine Feminine Circle, where I run monthly in-person and online Women's Circles, retreats and workshops to awaken Goddess Consciousness.

I also practice as a Certified Trauma-Informed Feminine Embodiment Coach, Intuitive Astrologer and Reiki Healing Practitioner.

When I’m not holding space, studying the stars or helping women to alchemise their deepest pain into their divine feminine power, you’ll find me having spiritually in-depth conversations as host of the Thank Goddess Podcast. 

Through 1:1 coaching, soul-inspired content and running monthly feminine empowerment events & retreats, I have helped hundreds of women reclaim their true feminine power and align with Goddess Consciousness so they can live authentically to their soul’s truth and magnetise the life of their dreams!

As a multi-passionate being with a never-ending desire to learn and expand, I now bring to you a fusion of knowledge I've acquired through Feminine Embodiment and Trauma-Informed Coaching, Astrology, Gnostic Wisdom, Feminine Mysteries, Yin Yoga Teaching and Reiki Training, among many other useful learnings that have helped me TRANSFORM my life!

My story.

For most of my life, I lived heavily disassociated from my body and all its innate wisdom. The funny thing is, even though I was extremely disconnected from my womb and intuition, I always considered myself to be a “strong and empowered” woman.

I believed I was in my power because I didn’t feel my feelings, I was numb, and because I didn’t feel, I wasn’t emotional and that made me “strong”. I was proud of wearing my protective masculine armour - I felt comfortable and safe underneath its shield.

Living life as a disembodied woman meant living a life out of alignment with my truth, making it harder for me to attract my desires because I wasn’t vibrationally a match to what was truly aligned with my highest self.

I spent years working a lacklustre corporate job, settling for unfulfilling relationships with men, struggling with a warped perception of “perfectionism” and letting people walk all over me because I couldn’t set a boundary.

The worst part is that I completely stopped menstruating for FOUR YEARS because I was so heavily disconnected from my body and my feminine energy.

Over the past few years, I have been on a path to reclaiming the Divine Feminine within me. I have been shedding the skin of all that does not serve my new way of being - releasing tired limiting beliefs, people-pleasing tendencies, and feelings of unworthiness towards my desires.

I am creating a life in alignment with my truth, owning my voice and magnetising the life of my dreams. The best part was seeing the return of my monthly menstrual cycle and learning to greatly appreciate her for all her magic!

The key to unlocking my power was through EMBODIMENT, it was returning home to myself and channelling my Higher Self’s wisdom from deep within my body. 

Most spiritual teachings focus on ascension rather than embodiment, which robs us of connecting to our body's sacred language.

When we drop out of our logic-driven minds and learn to listen to the divine wisdom from within, we retrieve suppressed creativity and locate our authentic voice, allowing us to magnetise all that we desire with minimal effort. 

It is only when a woman loves herself deeply, follows her intuition, owns her worth, implements strong boundaries and embodies her innate magnetic radiance…

that she owns her true feminine power.

A woman who knows and embodies her truth... her divinity, is a portal of creation for change, healing and infinite possibilities.
