In Western society, it is common for women to live disassociated from their bodies because the Feminine has been suppressed for the past several thousands of years. Our hyper-masculine society deems masculine traits such as productivity, profitability, action and results superior to feminine traits such as intuition, community-building, nurturing and caring for the environment. No wonder so many women are switched off from their feminine power!
There is a huge imbalance not only within ourselves but in the collective, which on a macro level is leading to the destruction of Mother Earth. When we give more priority and attention to our masculine traits and suppress our feminine ones, we gradually move further away from our innate feminine power which has the ability to heal and nourish the world among many other things.
On a more individual level, when women are removed from their power, they tend to settle for less in relationships, careers and life because they do not recognise and embody their divine true worth.
Settling for less is not an attribute of the Divine Feminine and is not how one manifests their dream life into reality.

why you need feminine embodiment coaching
Maybe you’re thinking what the heck is Feminine Embodiment style coaching and how it can help me?
In other styles of coaching, which are typically very head-focused, goal setting is done using our masculine energy, by that I mean it’s very logical and outcome driven.
The issue here is that most of the time this process lacks depth and because of that missing element, the client then struggles to achieve their goal.
Feminine Embodied Coaching uses the opposite approach. This style of coaching focuses on depth-first before implementing the masculine structure and framework. It allows the body to lead instead of the head putting greater focus on feminine energy as opposed to masculine energy.
By embodying the fullness of our emotions, feelings and sensations within the body, we are able to align with our truth. From that place, it is much easier and more efficient to orchestrate what next steps to be taking in order to achieve your goal or desire.
